All jewelry is hand made. Most necklaces and pendants are 16.5 to 17 inches but can be ordered shorter or longer. Kristin Pearce Designs will accept returns within 14 days. We do not offer credit card refunds but will issue a credit for a future purchase. Most jewelry purchases will ship out within 5 business days unless otherwise stated.
